Where can I buy your goods?
On our Website and our retail partners. At present you can order our goods from our Website and from selected retail partners. Please be aware that we can not accept any orders placed by letter, fax, phone and Email.
Can I order from anywhere in the world?
Do you have any order limits?
Yes, as we try to offer our goods to as many customers as possible we currently limit an order to 3 articles per style (meaning 3 products of the same colour and size).
Can I have the order send to another address than my billing address?
Yes, if you pay by Paypal / credit card (not if payment via invoice is chosen). Following the activation of the "Secure check out" link, on the next step, you will be asked to provide your personal details. Here it is possible to provide a different delivery address and to have your shipment delivered to an address of your choice. The invoice is enclosed in your delivery and will not be sent separately.
How can I place my order on your Website?
Once you have chosen one of our products, you can add it to your virtual shopping cart by clicking on "Add to Cart". You can easily retrieve and modify the content of your shopping cart by clicking on the "Secure check out" link or the round shape in the top right-hand corner of each page. To order the selected products, click on "Secure check out" and follow the step-by-step order process.
Following the activation of the "Secure check out" link, on the next step, you will be asked to provide your personal details. It is possible to verify a different delivery address and to have your shipment delivered to an address of your choice. Please note, that different addresses will not be accepted when payment via invoice is selected! The invoice is enclosed in your delivery and will not be sent separately.
Following the "Continue to next step" button, you will be asked to enter a discount code (if applicable) and to select your payment method. If you choose to pay via invoice than this is the last step. This last step provides you with an overview of your order and allows you to check and amend any of the information that you have provided via the "cancel, and return to store link". The order for payment via invoice will not be placed unless you click on "Complete my purchase".
If you select to pay by credit card via PayPal you will be transferred to the PayPal payment platform to have your credit card data verified following the activation of "Complete my purchase" button.
Credit card verification by PayPal
On PayPal you will be asked to provide your personal and credit card details. Following the "Continue" button, this step provides you with an overview of your order and allows you to check and amend your shipping address and contact information as well as to add a message for us via the "Add" link. You can return to our Website at anytime by clicking on "Cancel and return to A Simple Hug GmbH". Following the "Continue" button you are transferred to our checkout page. The order will not be placed unless you click on "Complete my purchase".
Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation via Email. Please note that this Email only confirms receipt of your order. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched, you will receive an Email containing the tracking number (if applicable) which allows you to track the status of your delivery online. Please contact our customer service should you not have received your order within 7 working days following this Email.
Can I cancel or change an order?
No, for technical reasons it is currently not possible to amend the size, colour or number of goods once you have received the order confirmation via Email. Please get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible. We will try to find a solution. In any case, we do have a 30 day return policy.
