Can I return an order that does not fit or I do not like?

Yes, we have a 30 day return policy following the delivery of your goods during which you can return an order without specifying any reason to:

Please note that we only accept returned goods if these are returned in their original condition, have not been damaged, washed, altered or worn beyond being tried on and include the original packaging and any related accessories or instruction manuals. Labels may not be removed.

Can I return products that have been personalized or custom made?

No, no refunds will be provided for goods produced to the customer's specifications (for example shirts with monogram) unless these are faulty.

Do you pay the shipping charges when I return my goods?

We pay for reasonable shipping charges if you return goods because these are faulty (see below).

What do I do if an ordered good is faulty or does not correspond to my order?

We take our product quality very serious. If a good is faulty or does not correspond to your order please contact our customer service immediately. We will ask you to return the faulty goods as soon as possible to:

and we will then provide you with replacement goods where available, or alternatively give you a full refund for those goods (including original delivery charge if the whole of your order is faulty and returned, VAT and reasonable return delivery charges).
